Your pet’s daycare visit includes outdoor play and snuggle sessions throughout the day and indoor rest times in our beautiful, climate-controlled suites with a fresh water dish. 

All the pets take turns in groups and as individuals using the outdoor areas. The dogs are not all out together in one big free-for-all group all day.

Carefully planned groupings of pets are supervised by kennel staff at all times while outdoors. 

The approximate times for the outdoor sessions is as follows: 

Outdoor play sessions take place from 9 AM-4 PM in 20-45 minute increments rotating play and rest, depending on the weather and the individual needs of the pets in attendance.

Midday rest for pets that receive lunch or midday medications is from 12 PM-2 PM. Any lunches and midday medications are given at 1 PM. Pets that do not receive midday meals or medications may enjoy activity while the other pets are at rest. You can also purchase special activities to fill your pet’s rest time, if you wish.

Additional breaks are given as needed throughout the day, if individual pets seem tired or have certain health care needs. We always do our best to report anything odd that we notice during playtime to the pet’s family, including being more tired than usual.

You may choose to add an afternoon Bath and Brush out to your pet’s daycare visit. If you would like a Bath and Brush to be added, please inform the staff as soon as possible to schedule it.

*Note: Brachycephalic dogs, such as English/French BullDogs and Pugs, and senior pets with special needs have special schedules that differ from the one listed above to provide additional medical caution per their unique health care needs. 

*Note: We provide outdoor play for dogs rain or shine! Our schedule will adjust to shorter but more frequent increments of time outside for extreme weather, such as snow or summer heat. We will always host outdoor play for pups every day and in all weather!

Late Pick Up Information

All daycare guests must be picked up while the front office is still open to avoid an overnight boarding charge.

The late pick up fee from daycare starts at $20 at 6 pm. The computer will generate these fees automatically according to the time of check out.

Any daycare pets still checked in after 6 PM must board overnight, as the night staff may be on their dinner break or involved in sanitizing/care duties and be unavailable to assist you after this time. House food will be provided for $5 per meal to daycare pets left past 6 PM.
